When selecting insurers for you, their security and attitude towards claims is a major factor. The difference between insurers who look for ways to pay claims, as opposed to those who look for ways to avoid claims, is substantial.

It is our recommendation that you report all claims to our office because our experience indicates that what may appear as a minor claim and not reported could at a later date escalate into a major loss. Once reported it would be mutually agreed as to the process of the management of your claim.

During the course of the management of your claims, you are kept totally informed of their status.
